Pat Hackney has a great interest in exploring the biological world, the human mind and how we learn, nature, athletics, and music. He discovered the Feldenkrais Method as a road to deepening his inquiry into increasingly refined proprioseptive skills and living life to it's fullest including recovering from his own injuries and being of service to others.  In addition to being a Feldenkrais Practitioner he has a professional background in the natural sciences, athletics, music, and education. He currently plays mandolin, fiddle, guitar and sings in several music projects www.pat-hack-music.com, and teaches salsa dancing at SBCC CLL www.sbcc.edu/cll. He and his wife love salsa dancing and reading, gardening, woodworking www.Facebook.com/PatHackneyCustomDesignWoodworksandMore, enjoying good company, and playing music are also among his favorite  activities.

About Pat Hackney

Pat Hackney completed the Phoenix Feldenkrais Professional Training Program in 2001 and as a Feldenkrais Practitioner has since helped musicians, dancers, people with multiple sclerosis, Parkinson's disease, cerebral palsy, people recovering from surgeries, and a host of others learn how to discover and reclaim their freedom to move as they choose.​
